Our Prep Cooks prepare our house-made sauces and ensure that our fresh ingredients are properly portioned and ready to use. This team reports any kitchen operation malfunctions.

Job Requirements:

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods following our recipes and specifications
• Monitor proper rotation of prepped and batched food items
• Follow all kitchen safety and sanitation policies & procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
• Exhibit teamwork with other employees
• Maintain a positive working relationship with other employees
• Assist periodically with preparing food to order on the cooks line
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested
• Model company values of compassion, integrity, enthusiasm, quality, and creative thinking
• Learn and possess a proficient knowledge of our food menu
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change
